Well stocked, can buy anny thing you need

It is extremely challenging leaving this shop empty handed. They almost have everything from A-Z

Clean, well stocked shelves, competitive prices. Value for money.

I went to Westpack to purchase a padlock. The padlock did not have a price on the shelf at all.And it was hanging with another padlock with a price of R89.90. It rang up at the checkout for R280When I complained about the price by the manager he told me that he can not give it to me for that price as the barcodes does not match.I asked him about customer see customer gets" and his response was that if he gives it to me it will be on his account.Very very disappointed in the service and it was not like they were trying to help at all.What about what customer sees customer gets?It is not my problem that the prices on the shelf is not what it should be for the items."

Really convenient store!!Such a wide variety of items are available here from sweets and cutlery to cleaning aids and gardening equipment.The store is well organised and the aisles are easy to navigate.There are always employees in the aisles ready to assist with anything in a friendly and helpful manner.The prices are really reasonable and the store can have good specials.

I love Westpack, the only thing that i have a problem with is that in December i bought 2 dog beds and i wanted another but they did not have in stock so i asked for them to order for me. I was told that they will only be able to order in January 2023, and i accepted as i understand the companies opened in the new year. Middle January i went to inquire about my order and it was said that oh no sorry but we focusing on school stuff now you will have to wait. Well it's February now and i still have not heard a thing. It's my second order that has been ignored.
