Replaced my Huawei screen here - very happy with the outcome. It's quite hard getting hold of consultants via phone so I would suggest going in person. Staff weren't overwhelmingly friendly but the job is done and for that I am thankful. Well within the stipulated timeline as well.

Terrible. Want to move data from old to new phone. Tech support - 2 guys sitting there. One spends 30 min to put on screen guard, cover for customer. Other looks on. 3 people waiting in queue. Still busy with cover. Left

The answering machine said the operators are currently making their customers smile, I suppose those customer's calls actually got answered. I phoned 6 times

I had Game send a Samsung phone that I had bought for my son sent to this place twice (under warranty). The first time they returned it and indicated it was fixed. The second time they sent a quote equivalent to buying a new phone and indicated that it had a water damage, between these two times it never worked (who would carry a phone around if it isn't working, so that it gets damaged by water?). On top of all this, they inserted a micro sim in the slot to which the micro-sim tray must go which blocks the tray from being inserted. Getting a second opinion, it was indicated that the damage was on a AC adapter due to over-voltage (nothing to do with water)... it was fixed for about a third of the price I was quoted by the person who looked at it on two separate occasions. You can decide how you feel about this place...

Number doesn'tt even exist and cant get the shop in hold
