The people working at this place are thieves ,did a buyback and contacted them to ask if I can come the next day to pickup appliance gave my I'd and to my surprise I was not on there system ,went to the store with the slip and well they said they called me ,never did call me they sold my appliance ,don't trust them

I went there to put a almost brand new power tool on a buyback it was a circular saw in it's original box only been used once and only 5 months old and I payed R1800 for it and they only offered me R500 on the buyback.

Poor customer service. I went there to collect something I purchased online through one of their 3rd parties, not even 1 of the salesman could assist me, because none of them knew what I was talking about.How can u advertise something on your online page but your staff doesn't know anything about it.Please send your staff for proper training, so their can deliver a better service.Thank you
