Wonderful family run business..use them for laundry, dry cleaning,dying clothes and so important they got shoe maker and ladies who do alterations..Fantastic service..

Poor service staff treat you terrible the manager or owner has a poor attitude. When asked if they can assist me to repair a shoe the guy who handles the repair has told me he is busy I asked him how long would it take and get spoken to like a child “ no no no I’m busy today” I asked again he said to leave the shoe here, again asking him how long would it take to repair he says he is busy. I then request to speak to a manager or owner and get told “ he said he was busy” I had not even began to talk. After telling him that his guy had told me over 6 times he is busy and that I didn’t appreciate the constant reminder the manager had a poor attitude again. Most definitely won’t waste my time here again.

They are great. Drop my clothes off and got it back the same day, at the time they promised. Friendly staff.

They do not even deserve one star. They are ostensibly agents for Rug Doctor. They happily take money from customers on behalf of Rug Doctor and then supply customers with a faulty carpet shampoo machine. When the faulty machine is returned, no refund is possible, as this needs to be obtained from Rug Doctore. So, if one can only deal with Rug Doctor direct regarding faulty carpet shampoo machines, why would they accept cash on their behalf? Shocking, shocking. Simple theft.

Very disappointed, took my laundry and it came back dirty but was surprisingly folded & ironed in that dirty state . Didn’t even smell clean . This is the second time this is happening and I pay a lot for my washing to be washed .

False promises and poor customer service from Terence. Avoid the store. I have waited multiple times for simple taylor services. Always excuses and blame for not sticking to agreed timelines.You have lost a customer of over 10 years who wants to support local businesses. I moved my business to down the street.. less stress of false promises.

Been a customer of them for 12 years. They either failed to replace a pants’ zipper or they placed it on the wrong pants. Either way, they made a mistake. When I pointed it out to them they refused to take accountability of their mistake and to rectify it. Needless to say I’ll never support them again.

This place looks like it does good work and it is always busy with many customers. They have several delivery vehicles which are always coming and going.One major beef: Recently they have acquired the lazy habit of leaving full drums of tetrachloroethylene standing on the pavement outside the shop on occasion. I don't know whether the liquid is new or soiled, nor do I really care. Chemicals of this sort should be treated carefully and kept in a safe place.Not a good example to the schoolchildren opposite the shop.

Have taken various items to be fixed. Fast, friendly and did a really good job!
