My motherboard and chip were cracked a year ago and my case fan controller was cracked. It was as if it had been chucked around and mistreated and a chair chucked ontop of these. The micro connectors to the motherboard were ripped out.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I would use literally any other courier service before I use this one.

SHOCKING, Been using them for years once every three months or so and was very happy. Service has now dropped to an all time low and prices have doubled.

On Tuesday morning (from 8h15) the 15 September I made 12 calls to (BEX) to speak to the Italian electoral support area but the phones were not answered. With 2 of these calls I selected number 2 that took me to the support help desk where I asked for assistance. The first time the operator said that he would send an email to the area whilst the second person said that she would take my details directly to the support area and that they would phone me back. 2 hours later and still no call.As the documents I required were to be signed by me and delivered to the consulate by 16h00 this afternoon will now not be possible.The consulate will be informed of the unprofessional service provided by BEX and my recommendation will be they find an alternative service provider for the future.

The worst courier services, takes years to deliver your package and there's no form of communication

I paid for my package delivery about 3 times already and it still said didn't pay

Very bad experience with this company. Because of them I was not able to receive very important documents in time so I was not able to vote. I received one single call early in the morning (that I missed) and as I tried to call them back just after 5 minutes, I couldn’t get in contact with them. Eventually when I could get in contact with them, they told me that they tried to contact me for days and they couldn’t find me, they even referred the same to my embassy, but I have absolutely not received any other call except one single one in the morning. I will suggest to my embassy to change courier since this one is really not trustworthy.

Ordered stuff from KwaZulu-Natal yesterday just received delivery. They were efficient, on time ,professional. Thank you. The driver was so friendly and professional. Wish the rest of SA could render service like this. Keep up the great service.

They said they take 3-5 days to deliver but I had to wait for 10days. On the day of delivery the was communication at all, what if there was no one at home? Were you gonna return with my stuff and come back after 10days again?

Ordered a product to be collected in CT on Friday, paid for the service the day before, and today, Monday morning at 11h00 it was delivered in Centurion in perfect condition. Jacqueline and Melissa handled my request as a first-time client very professionally, therefore BEX gets a 5-star rating today.Oh, and they were by far the most economical courier I contacted. Basically 50% cheaper than the average of all the quotes I received.
