I had a wonderful experience. The team had my best interests at heart. This is hard to come by in this day and age. Jonathan, the young electrical fundi, was tentative, methodical and just wanted to serve me. I was truly impressed! I even had a more experienced mind on the mechanical side of things leave his desk and come out to the workshop to offer his advise to us. I did not get his name but he sits in his own office just behind the service advisers. This is a touch of class! Thank you sir! I would remain patient and treat these staff with the respect they deserve because they will help you given you have the right attitude. Wishing you and the team great success in the future.
