Auto Spare Zone!
I had bought the wrong part and returned it. The mechanic had made a mistake. The owner of auto spares did not want to refund me but he did give me a credit note. The owner is absolutely rude and has disgusting behavior. Customer service is poor from the owner. Everyone that has their own business knows that the customer is right even when wrong you cannot make your customer feel stupid especially when it's not their fault.People should rather support the spareshop next door. They give refunds and the people are lovely.

I just called a company Auto Spares Zone in Mobeni Durban SA and the person on the other end of the line was very rude and abrupt and promptly hung up the phone on me. Customer service non-existent!
