Best small town course in the Free State. Great scenery, perfect fairways and greens and a wonderful war nand cosy clubhouse with a large stoep to have a drink. Even if you dont play golf just take a walk ir run on the dog friendly course, bring your bike and do some cross coutry biking on our bike routs, bring your fishing gear to fish in the numerous dams on the course or binoculars to do birdwatching. Weekly Parkrun on the course every Saturday at 08:00. Come and run the entire course.

Ficksburg Golf and Country Club
Used to be hometown, grew up just on the other side of the border. Miss childhood days and friends, cricket and swimming used to be awesome here. Then there is cherry-festival which is notable all around south Africa. Once it used to be a town of apartheid, after the colonization ended it was all good but now crime is too high for such a small town.
