Paid so much money for the balloons and didn't even last a day

I’m absolutely amazed by your customised cake toppers. They are super quick and have a very efficient customer service! I’ve found my toppers place! Absolutely amazed!

My visit was okay.. I had a custom cake topper made and I was extremely happy with it and the way in which the store communicated with me. They sent me a template and awaited my go-ahead before having it made. Super professional process.But then when I came to fill balloons with helium, the experience was less enjoyable. The store was super full. Nobody cares about covid protocols any more- which I have a problem with. I waited quite long to be helped. I then waited very long before they started filling my balloons. I paid hundreds of rands to fill the balloons and one still had a hole and deflated when I got home. Eh. I'd go back to the store but maybe not on a Saturday when it is bound to be that busy again.

Has everything you need if you're planning a party. They even do helium balloons at a really good price.

Amazing customer serviceso i bought cups there..... they were always friendly and helpful on my third visit we forgot to check the cups when i got home i didnt check the cups 3 days later then i saw 4 cups were damage i was kinda worried if they will accept and replace the 4 cups and they did it and they were very friendly most businesses doesnt care about their customers......so keep up the good work il definitely keep on supporting your business and wishing your business all the best
