Fantastic service! We’re beyond thrilled. We have a big young GSD and a Scottish fold who recently flew with Jetpets and the experience was truly sensational which is exactly what you need any day but especially when making a huge move across the country with young babies and pets to complicate the whole thing. We were looked after by Kate who answered a million questions without flinching and made the whole experience of transferring our fur babies the least of our worries. We arrived in Perth with the news that our doggo was waiting for us at the transfer centre having become an office assistant. Even though she had convinced herself we had given her up, the staff went above and beyond to keep her spirits upbeat until we arrived. Very thankful and pleased we opted for Jetpets.

My pet got picked up right on time and delivered across to Perth from qld. The customer service is outstanding from the initial phone call through to the end of trip. Constantly kept me informed.explained everything really well. Daisy my dog looked well and happy.

Excellent service from Jet Pets. My new little girl had a long trip from nth Tas to Perth in November and they made her trip so comfortable and safe. She was a purry little ball when we finally picked her up- and this is a credit to JP. As a reg'd breeder I will continue to use you, from booking/quote to pick up it was flawless

We couldn’t be more grateful to Lauren, the Jetpets handler who cared for our dog George travelling to Adelaide from Perth. Lauren was so friendly, reassuring and caring towards George, putting our minds at ease. She also updated us throughout the day with how he was managing and contacted us after arriving in Adelaide to check in. The process was so smooth from pick up to drop off at our house in Adelaide. We have had a number of companies in different areas relocating our goods/pocessions from Brisbane to Perth and Jetpets have been by far the best with communication and flexibility. Trigger our dog was very comfortable around the friendly and bubbly staff and was nice and relaxed when we were reconnected with him in Perth.Highly recommend Jetpets to others. Thanks Jetpets.

Tried to get a quote to send a bird to the eastern states, was told they only do cats and dogs, my friend sent a couple a week or so ago, I sent birds last year and get told they haven’t done birds for years. Now told only long term breeders are being allowed, wow sent quite a few birds with you guys, how many do you have to send to be able to continue? But hey no problem found another company.

6 star service at a 3 star price. I could not recommend highly enough. Every single interaction was with a true animal lover. A very easy, no hassle process. Everyone truly understood the precious cargo entrusted to them and had my dog's wellbeing as a priority. Purr-fect service at a reasonable price.

Great all round service. Lauren who was my cat's pet handler did an amazing job of making my Patti feel comfortable and provided updates on her well being. A little pricey but worth it for the level of care. This was Patti's second trip with jetpets and have had great experiences both times.

Our 2 dogs were picked up in Melbourne and delivered to us safely in WA When they arrived to us, they were very relaxed and showed no signs of stress at all, which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Jetpets for taking good care our our 2 mini schnauzers. It must have been a great adventure for them
