Bought ‘new’ clutchplate from them. Fitted it, after driving the car for 20kms start smelling a burnt smell. Removed gearbox again only to find ‘new’ clutchplate’s friction plates completely peeled like bad paint.

Very impressed with their service. Called BMW for a quote on a Coolant hose. Was quoted R1600 with a waiting period for stock. These guys managed to source the exact same part for me at a quarter of the price. To Top it off, they got it for me the same day that I went to ask for it. Exceptional prices, exceptional staff, exceptional service. Wouldn't go anywhere else for vehicle parts.

Bad service, never contactable, never have stock, and you have to pay first before they order the wrong part. Then you have problems with refunding. Amateur at best

I cam to the store this morning at 8 because I was returning a part which was sold incorrectly to my wife but the store was closed I waited for 35 minutes as on your website you say you open at 8 but yet I was there until half past 8 and to me that is just bad customer service like for a store to say they open at 8 and then instead don't do that and don't even have something to inform customers why the store is not open really disappointed by the service I received from you guys.

Bad service and after all the owners son did help my husband with a part and refused to take it back and he was the one that say we can exchange it and part was still seal never used first time i buy there
