Dial a Bed Sea Point
Walked into Dial-a-bed Seapoint, MainRoad on 13 Jan 2021 and was shocked at the sales people both lying on the beds playing on their phones. Horrific first impressions for the company, I’m sure you don’t pay your employees to lie on the beds. When one of them saw me taking a photo they didn’t bother to get up, he simply just put his arms up. Absolutely disgusting service. I have the pictures of both of them.

Excellent service I must say. Very responsive. Easy delivery. Exchanges. Great.Only thing is they do try and push their own house brand mattress ‘40 winks’ - which is not great and expensive. More selection on Sealy ‘firm’ mattresses would also be helpful.

I purchased a bed topper King XL (R3500) topper from the manager of the store after he showed me one on the floor. When I opened the package after returning from a trip I noticed it was 3 times the thickness of the one I saw which made you sink in about 10cm, this sagging offers a lot less support and is very uncomfortable.It's unacceptable that they refused to refund me even though they gave me a different product than they showed me. It’s unused and taking up a lot of space.
