Excellent service

Tim came out to help my father with his poor DSTV quality. He was punctual, polite and very thoughtful as he replaced the dish, cables and remote, explaining all in detail to my father, patiently waiting while my father wrote all down. He was a true professional, we highly recommend him. Thank goodness they are returning to a shop in Hilton, keep up the good work .

No order of shopping

If I could, Id rate them negative 5 stars. Extremely dishonest and wont bother even giving you feedback. We took our tv in last month to replace the backlight only. We fetched it a few days later to get home and realize that the tv had no sound. We called to inform them of this, and they requested we bring in the tv with the remote as it might be sound settings, which we already stated that that was not the case. Needless to say, we have been calling almost daily getting promises that we would be called back but they never do. We were once told that they are awaiting parts but no one could tell us what exactly did they do to the tv. 2.5 weeks later, my sister is currently there at their offices and it's only now that the technician is looking at the tv. So its been sitting at the back collecting dust while we have been lied to constantly. So just know that once you pay and bring your tv back due to other problems caused by them, they wont bother with it anymore. Talk about throwing away money.

I just felt that the owner was very rude to myself and my insurance company. Even after they called to tell them to release the tv's to me and they even refused then. Just fishy if u ask me....

Very expensive look elsewhere!

I stood there witing to be served only to have a customer wlk in after me nd be prioritised. I walked out. I own my buying power

I've learned my lesson from buying anything from these guys. If I could I would give them a negative rating.

I have used them for several years and have always found then to be polite and helpful. However a week or so ago I encountered a problem with my second tv in my bedroom. It turned out that one wire was in the wrong place in the back of my decoder. It cost R700 to put the wire in the right place. I think that is an over the top charge. I will see what their competitors charge in future
