Having had positive experiences at this salon previously I am upset that when I referred my teenage daughter there she was given a verbal quote of 1800 and then charged 2600 for a hair color that left her in tears. They took a girl with beautiful hair and turned her into a mousy brown, her hair looks damaged despite an expensive in salon treatment and the colour does not suit her skin tone at all. The salon offerred to use a colour remover but needless to say I am not letting them near her hair or my hair in future. It obviously depends on who the hairdresser is and not just the salon.. be careful and think twice

Rip off, quoted me over R5k for a job that a professional hairstylist did for R1700.

Went from long hair to short hair for men. My hair styler was Adam. I've never received a better haircut, paid attention to every small detail and was extremely professional. Gave me perfect advice for hair loss and didn't try to force sell any products, really rare to find this level of service. Might be abit pricey but completely worth the priceAsk for Adam and I'm sure you won't go wrong

Went here for first time today. Must say the stylist I was pleasantly surprised with as I didn’t expect him to be able to manage my daughters hair. The staff are the most unfriendliest I’ve come across in a long time. From the receptionist who didn’t even greet just asked how she could help and when I said hello, how are you she just looked at me like I was being sarcastic ( which honestly I was at this stage ). The rest of staff just eyeballed me but was very friendly and talkative with what appeared appeared to be their regular customers. This customer service and for the fees they charge will definitely not see me returning despite the fact that the stylists was good enough. Though The salon looks a lot the Partners salons they have a lot to learn when it comes to customer service.
