I keep getting phone calls and SMS for someone else when I phone to ask them to stop and to explain the situation I am either put on hold forever or the call just ends.I have laid a complain and I am waiting hopefully for feedback from at least someone or something.I am honestly tired!

My company continuously gets spam calls from this company with no information given, just a robotic voice. When you try to phone back to get them to correct their contact details, they don't answer, just put you on hold for ever and a day and then cut the call.Instead of using a robot to spam call people, get one of your consultants to phone and confirm contact information. Calls like this should be directed to the correct person instead of a reception number. This has been happening for over 2 years already. Surely by now you guys should have realized the number you are phoning is incorrect. If you haven't figured that out then I doubt the service you are offering your customers is worth the money they pay you.

After years of disputing the amount in question we finally agreed on a settlement amount. (I just needed to get this behind me)Account paid up in full end January. Confirmation of payment confirmed via an email from your agent who stated that I would receive a paid up letter and that the credit agencies would be informed that the account has been paid up.Now, nearly 3 months later I receive an sms from your company stating that you tried to contact me. I tried calling back more than once and completely wasted my time in having to listen to the recording telling me my call will be attended to shortly. In the end YOUR system ended the call.Please do not bother telling me to email complaints. Spend less time harassing people and more time solving problems.

Pathetic scammers. I have never had any dealings with this firm nor is there a cell c account in my name, much less one in arrears. Yet they are constantly calling and harrasing me about settling this account, which wouldn't be a problem if they actually knew how to communicate. If you respond telling me to send my details to your complaints email, I will not. How as a supposed professional firm is it possible to get your information this wrong? That you would chase the wrong people down threatening legal action... Honestly more of a menace than a service offered and this is what leads me to beleive these people are scammers. Stop harrasing people that have no business with your firm whatsoever. Guys just keep in mind they are most likely using fear tactics to finesse people's money from them. Not saying it is but theres a high likelihood it's the case. If I was you I would not trust this company one bit. The reviews speak for itself.

Very dodgy attorneys acting on behalf of FNB, with credit card that was handed over to them still earning the monthly normal credit charges even though the card expired years ago. After years of paying the credit amount the amount owing to FNB hasn't changed. For best advise stay away from opening any accounts with FNB or dealing with Brooks & Luyt Inc. They don't get back to you with information that you request. FNB says they don't know about the account as they can't see it on their system. It's a total disaster. No one to speak to but have been paying this account for over 5 years now.

This firm continuously spams me to make payments. They obviously have the wrong number, and never checked that they are sending their messages to the correct person. I have tried phoning them twice, and after about a minute and a half of their automated voice-messages, the line just goes dead. I have replied to 3 of the sms's informing them that I don't have any outstanding accounts, and asking them to stop sending me messages, but to no avail... What more can I do??
