If there were lower or less stars then they would have applied. Booked a place for December 2022 in Hartenbos through this agency. They were helpful but the place we got was extremely basic and dirty at quite a price! For the price you get no wifi, dstv, bedding etc. They could also have supplied a good set of pots and pans for the price. They were very old and used and there were lids that had broken handles with no matching pots!! The place was also very dirty when we got there. We washed some of the couch covers ourselves just to leave them in a good condition for friends of ours who booked after us. Can really not recommend this agency or the place we booked. Will never book through them or in Hartenbos again due to this experience. Still waiting for our breakage deposit. We even left a set of wine glasses and 2 coffee mugs there because the glasses were old and unmatching.
