The female staff speak about their clients in Zulu and assume we don't understand. My husband and I went to jet on a Sunday morning, the front was closed off because they were mopping, as we approach the front were we normally queue to pay the lady arrogantly points the other way and says go there then makes a comment in Zulu loudly that the cashier's even laugh. Pathetic service.
