Club Hacienda

An excellent spot for a beach holiday. I give it 4 stars because the laundromat didn't check for stains on their pristine white towels. Most have brown stains and one even had a red smudge.

Rooms are well maintained, staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a walking distance from the beach and the Shelly mall. The only issue is that there is no cleaning service on a Sunday, so if you stay the weekend, it doesn’t make sense. There is also a low supply of towels.

Lovely self-catering resort with all the amenities you might require like laundry, game equipment and beach towels, albeit, at an extra cost. The staff are always lovely. There is both direct beach access and there are various shops like spar barely 200m away when walking. Shelly center is also within walking distance and offers many clothing store and coffee shops.

We had an awesome 2 weeks at Club Hacienda. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is a short walking distance from 2 shopping centres, the beach as well as the boat club restaurant which is a must visit. Thank you Odette and everyone else for making our stay such a great experience.

Amazing views of the beach. Dassies and Duikers at your back door. Clean and well maintained. The property is run very well and the staff are very friendly. Walking distance to shopping centre and close to a hospital as well. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We needed just an oversight stay. The assistant manager Odette offered beyond excellent service. She was kind, patient, friendly and professional. She kept in contact with us over the journey as well.On arrival the reception is close by the entrance and it was a seamless exchange of details and all our keys , remotes and welcome pack was ready for us.Each apartment has its own parking bay. The areas around the resort are exceptionally maintained and looked so good.Our apartment was a 2 bedroom and 1 and half bathrooms. The kitchen was well fitted with a new microwave and all other appliances were clean and modern. The kitchen cupboards were clean and modern too. The lounge , dining area and kitchen have laminate flooring. The bathrooms are tiled and bedrooms have carpets.The windows dressings were clean and brightly colored. The couches had been refurbished and were comfortable. There was a fill Dstv package with all necessary channels. Air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom with ceiling fans in the second bedroom. The bedrooms were fitted with good, clean and fresh linen. Each bedroom has more than enough cupboard space. There Verandah was fitted with a patio set and well lit at night to. There was a grassy area outside great fir the kids to play. The shower is a bathtub shower combo so not suited to wheelchair access. The complex has direct Beach access and is located close by to the mall and many other restaurants, shops and eateries. It's also not far off from the freeway. The bonus is that we could book the overnight stay that we needed. We'll done Club Hacienda and Team.

A beautiful, peaceful , holiday destination... A little walk from the chalet and you're at the beach.. Pool, mini golf, outdoor chess, jungle gym are some of the facilities at the place.. Chalets are neat and very comfortable..

Very nice holiday destination, especially if you need a bit of privacy. No noisy neighbors or disruptions from other guests. Our unit was well kept. The rear door leads to a fenced yard with direct access to the beach. Not too far off the N2 and with shopping centres very close by. Extra parking available for a small fee. The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager, Grace was also a pleasure to deal with. Lovely pool area and games room. Definitely recommend this resort to anyone, but especially if you're on a budget.

Genuinely enjoyed staying here. Simple and clean. WiFi isn't as expected. 1 GB for a week's stay. If you make your own internet arrangements it's a really good place to stay. We'll be back.
