Most disgusting behavior by Dr Jooste. Over a misunderstanding. He turned intimidating, angry and even got up close in personal space. Yelling at my 62 year old mother. Misunderstandings happen but never have I seen a so called professional behavior in such manner. Infront of my 1 year old.How do you behave like that?

One of the drivers in the company car made an accident today. Wasted our time and made an entire group of individuals late for the events we needed to be at.

Dr Jooste shouted and screamed at me when i asked a question! In front of my daughter and grandson. That behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never go back.

First time visit about two months ago.Excellent service and didn't have make more appointments to sort out my issues.They were all done in one sitting.When people give bad reviews you always only here one side of the story.

Called Dental Connection. Spoke to a lady called Anne. Was told that the tecnicians leave at 11.00 am.
I asked her if I leave Lenasia at 10.10am I should make it in time or might be 5 minutes late.
She took my cell no. to contact me if necessary.
Got there just after 11.00 am only to be told that the tecnician had left.
Another lady at reception tried to twist the facts and told us to make an appointment for another time. Of course we were not happy about the situation and let her know.
A person by the name of Willie ( who I think is the owner ) was called .
After a chat in another office with the receptionist refused to see us.
I think this was terrible service.
