Waited for almost two hours to change a number on my profile and it's ended in tears when the lady refused to help a week back I was there and was assisted by another lady who said the changes on my account have been made. Only to find out that nothing.

The one star rating is one star too many. By far the most useless bank and branch. Standard bank wastes people's time with telephonic surveys on customer service and do nothing to improve service. Waited over an hour hours to deposit cash only to be told that the machine is broken.
