Poor customer service . Poor time management. There is no point making an appointment as you will wait for an hour +.The salon is not managed like a business at all . The store manager has no authority to make decisions.

Honestly? They deserve a zero star. Yesterday I went to the branch at Boulder's mall in Midrand to go do my manicure and Pedicure. I have no words as to how horrible their work is. Even when I told that nail tech that this not the shape I wanted, she blatantly told me that there's no way 'coffin shapped' can be done with short nails. Something I've never heard of before in my life. The pedicure? Don't get me started. I have no words. I can't believe I paid for this nonsense right here.What I wanted Vs. What I got

First it was unprofessionalism, there was a lady who was walking around taking pictures of clients while they were doing eyebrows and next thing she took a picture of my nails, when I asked the lady she said it was for Instagram, mmmmh I wonder without client's consent?. Again, first time doing nails, I asked for white colour, their white came out like straw literally drinking straw seemless colour, this nails their as thick as eagle nails, not impressed.

I have never seen such incompetent manager, went to main street branch for my nails today, after waiting for almost 45 minutes I was told that we need to go to rosebank branch as they as they do have enough staffGot there and there was 3 staff one of them so lazy as she was forced to be there. We waited until 3 without any services. You really don't know how to treat customers, you need some training and I can offer you some for free

I had the worst experience ever. The nail technician couldn't do what they advertised on their Instagram page. I ended up doing nails I didn't like and she was complaining saying why am I choosing long nails because it is is too much work for her. The nails are ugly and have no shape. I'm very disappointed

Absolutely terrible service. Visited Rosebank branch and the aggressiveness I experienced while having my lashes done.

Worst experience of my entire life ! I even want to cry typing this ! I was at Boulders and I decided to go get my lashes done , was assisted by a very arrogant lady by the name Lerato I think , not very welcoming and standoffish , I showed her the lashes I saw from their instagram page , she tells me she can’t do that and none of them can , and she’s doesn’t understand why it was posted , mind you it was just a strip lash effect set that I wanted and saw from a post they posted yesterday in the lash Thursday poster, IMAGINE!!!! cool , I let her do her thing , as she was doing my lashes , she wasn’t even isolating my lashes with a tool, something was smelling really bad , a chemical , I think it was the glue , it was going straight into my chest , I told her , she couldn’t care less , I obviously couldn’t get up and leave because what sense does it make to get up with half done lashes , i couldn’t breath , started coughing terribly , I had to take a break , she went and got water , I was then told to pay R400 ,I was told R300 at entrance, the lashes are so ugly !!! Lol guys I’m crying !!! I’m so hurt!!! The sizes she used make no sense ! She finished me in 20minutes tops !! Fastest session in history. My eyes are all red , my chest is in pain and tight from the chemicals I inhaled , I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody ! Never ever again !! It was my first and last time . I WANT MY MONEY BACK BOBCUTS!!

Absolutely unprofessionally run, the front of desk/receptionist is clueless, appointments are not adehered to and my stylist arrived an hour after my appointment was due to start, the owner has no consideration for customer service. The only solace is that the style itself was well executed after hours of frustration and needless waiting
