Very good customer service. Listens to client and takes extra care to achieve the best result. Proper hair wash, message and additional hair treatment. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. It is however on the expensive side.

I've been going to see Chaz for a few years now, from having long curly hair, to long straight hair to my recent explorations with short curls! Thank you for always listening to me and my hair desires, but materialising them into way better than I could've imagined! Chaz is fantastic when it comes to curly hair things (and other hair types too, but curly hair experts are rarer). 10 out of 10 can highly recommend!

Chaz at CW is an incredible hairdresser. I have curly hair and finding a good hairdresser that understands how my hair works is tough- I am very satisfied with her abilities to listen to what I want and advise based on my hair type. We’ve moved and I still drive to have my hair done here. Friendly service!

First time trying this salon and it will unfortunately be the last. Wanted a nice blowout for a wedding but was left very disappointed. My hair was left flat and dry and I could have done a much better job myself. The stylist tried to charge me R410 for a blowout that took 10 mins (I have very fine hair just below my shoulders). That is a ridiculous price even for a good blowout! Stylist also made a few comments about race, which I was as very uncomfortable with. Expensive and average experience.

Chaz has been my stylist of choice for many years. I’ve had many cuts which means many head wash and massages prior the haircut.Yesterday I had, hands down, the BEST wash and massage EVER by Jodi!!!This could be one of the reasons I keep going back to CW Hair….besides the AMAZING cut I always sport when I walkout the door.

Honestly one of the best experiences of my life at a hair salon. I recently moved to CT and had to leave me hairdresser of 15 years behind. I’ve had so many problems with expensive Salons in the city and then I found Chaz. She’s so welcoming and accommodating. She explained everything to me about my hair and told me what she’d recommend to get me back to where I wanted to be. Everyone is always professional and friendly. I highly recommend CW to anyone for both cuts and highlights.

Chaz and her team are amazing professionals. I've received excellent service both times I've visited the salon with exceptional attention to detail. Everyone is friendly and I left feeling like a new person with my fresh cuts. I would definitely recommend for both the warm experience and their technical skills. You'll be in great hands.
