I came in for the first time to have a haircut and was told that the place is closing at 5pm however being a Saturday it closes at 6pm. I hope the owner sees this. Your worker has now cost you a new client plus revenues of R200 a month.

Cuts are the quality that they promise,however staff is unprofessional,the management of the place is very poor,staff use vulgar language while working,staff bad mouth unpleasant customers and the manager joins in instead of reprimanding his staff. I wasn’t happy with my overall experience a lot of inter personal training needs to be done for the staff

They are very slow and have no consideration for the customer’s time. Their communication is nonexistent. If they don’t want to provide a service anymore they should just close down
