Attendants are fantastic! I plan my route to fill up at this station because of the amazing service

Please watch your debit/credit cards at this station!!We came to fill up and our attendant asked us for a tip about 4-5 times while processing our payment. About 4 hours after we came home someone started using the card to make purchases and was able to process 3 before us blocking the card. They are still trying to use it up until now. It’s a brand new card that we got about a week ago and only used to purchase petrol.Edit: Although I sent a detailed email, you won't get a response. It's to save face on the internet. Just avoid going to this petrol station and for sure don't hand cards to attendants.

Rude staff treatment.The cashier, Elis was mad at the world it seems. I asked her to do a swap out for a chocolate from a large size to a smaller size after it had been scanned so I could participate in their special. She told me in an unclear and confusing way that it would require alot of effort to do the exchange out as she had to do a written reasoning to her company on the change (this got deciphered later) .I asked her if she was not willing to do that? And in return she abruptly said that next time you must watch the products you take if you want the specials" and that I Must sign for it

Went there yesterday. Very helpful staff. The cashier helped me load airtime. Also I wasfeeling abit faint & asked for a chair which they happily provided me with & with the cashier checking up on me. Noticed they have ready-made meals so really is a true convenience store. Thanks for excellent & caring service.

I visited Engen SunningdaleService Station on 29 July 2022 at 16h35 to get some fuel and the inevitable happened when there are long queues. Someone tried to cut in line and was cautioned but other motorists. The motorist then went on to cut in infront of me. I asked the attendees, Jones, to put him back in line. I was told that they do not handle such matters. I would have to confront him. The other motorist was infuriated and was ready to cause commotion and the attendees did not want to get involved or deescalate the situation. The manager, Isaac, was just standing by and did nothing. I called him over and asked him what measures are in place to manage the queue. He wasn't interested and said there is nothing he can do about it and he wouldn't get involved. It's not his problem even though this was happening at his premises. Such cases easily deteriorate into commotion especially when the people are supposed to manage the place are dismissive and disinterested in matters that might affect your infrastructure. Needless to say I will not be buying from there. Urgent solution is to train your staff on queue management and conflict resolution. Especially at top level. Manager's attitude was appalling and your business can easily lose a lot of business

They don’t pick up the phone

Your cashiers and attentive attendance are very low skilled on soft skills.One of your attendance tried to fight me purely cause I said the service was not good.This has happened 2 times now

Staff are really lazy and unprofessional when it comes to assisting customers. Last 3 experiences were really disappointing. Today I kindly asked the attendant to please swipe my clicks card for my rewards, and he was refusing to help me saying the feature didn't work. I asked him if I can do it, because i knew he was lying I could see that he was just rushing to complete the transaction. I completed the transaction, told him that the feature works fine as always, happy to teach him how it works, and he told me that i should be more considerate, he's trying to get out of the cold.

My local petrol station been going for 5 years people there are a great help.

My debit card details was stolen and charged once I visited this gas station, this occurrence have happened before when I visited the station. I went back after few months and the same thing happen again ,I went to the manager to complain, He was very rude and didn't even want to listen maybe because he noticed am Nigerian. Am very disappointed and will never step foot on that station ever again and advise users to vigilant when handing their card to the fuel attendants.Their customer service told me to email them with details , which I did , but they never responded back or replied
