Worst service I have ever received in my life. Bought a fuel cell tank from them. Fitted it and it leaked. Removed and found the flange at the top was not welded completely. Took it back and they had to wait for the supplier to inspect it. They kept on saying that there is a problem with the vehicle that caused the leak. Eventually after 1 week, I told them to please return it and I will get it repaired myself because they were not willing to replace or refund me. Got the tank cut open, welded again and no leaks ever since. Dont support criminals. They will never replace or refund you if their parts are defective. They will insist that its your fault. Lesson learnt.

Went to them for a Diverter Valve for my BMW and it's clear there is no interest in helping customers. They were not able to give any advice to the questions I asked. In my opinion if you are selling a product you should be clued up enough to give proper advice to customers. Very disappointing.

Unhelpful,rude called the day before guy says they have stock of item went in store and was told they don't guy doesn't even both to check, worst service ever received,went there to buy braided lines was told they have all sizes in stock just bring urs as a sample guy didn't even both to look at sample

PLEASE READ!!! most unhelpful and ignorant staff ever have no clue of their job cannot even speak English they have a serious attitude problem!!!!!!

Besides being told to wash my hands before counter service, I got good service from another Employee that knew his product well. Will shop there again when needed.

Unprofessional and pathetic. I called Vishen and they were unhelpful. They closed their doors way before the stipulated time on Google. Don't bother providing them with a service when you won't get any help. Rather close your doors,we've got enough pathetic people in this world as it is.

I send back a Claim FPR06 on the 27/09. There is no answer on any phone line to give me feed back. This company will not look at your claim or give you feed back. I have a EPX Tracking Nr. to show it was delivered
