My electric fence had been maintained by peri Secure for years and I got tired of them having to fix the same thing- the maintenance efforts obviously didn’t do the trick. So I decided to replace the entire fence. Firstly, the new installation looked pretty hideous from the front of the house, not half as neat as before, but I was tired of arguing. Today was the final straw. The electric fence was shorting as a brace had come loose as it was installed very poorly. They claim a branch had caused the issue despite me literally watching them perform the repair/re-attaching the brace. They insisted on billing me for a repair despite my 2 year warranty. Now they refuse to honour my warranty going forward. Steer well clear. Arrogant, dishonest and unpleasant to deal with.
