Very unprofessional and arrogant, they behave as if they are going u a favour. I would not recommend them.

We called Farah on a Saturday morning for a last-minute nail appointment for my wife and she was very accommodating.The salon is great and service is excellent. The prices are also very competitive.

The WORST salon experience ever! If I could give them zero stars I would. Never in my life have I met a group of more useless nail techs and an even more useless group of owners.I got gel nails done here and after paying and walking out my nails started bubbling. I immediately went back to the salon where the nail techs said it was a problem with the top coat and they proceeded to buff it off and re-paint the top coat but the same thing happened. They buffed it off and painted for a third time and the same thing happened.I asked to speak to the owner who was not at the shop, however her daughter was there in her place. The daughter took her time to come speak to me and was in the back having a loud conversation and laughing while I was trying to resolve the issue with the nails techs. After waiting for a while, the daughter came to speak to me and at this point I was fed up with the service I had been getting and asked for a refund.The daughter told me I couldn't get a refund because the business does not keep cash on the premises, which was a lie as I had seen other clients paying with cash. After arguing with me for about 15 minutes I proceeded to call the actual owner, who was just as unhelpful. I spent 31 minutes on the phone with the owner whose best offer was to pay me R100 out of the R180 and leave me with the half buffed defective nails, refusing to remove them. This was an utterly disappointing experience and I would recommend going some where else. I usually go to Centurion from Midrand to get my nails done and came here because I thought it would save me the trip but honestly, after this experience, I'd rather drive to Cape Town to get my nails done than support this nail salon.

Always a great place to go to be pampered. Farah is exceptional and so welcoming! This is my go to place for all things beauty.

If there were option for 0 stars then I would never give even this 1 star.... Extremely pricey and discriminative person towards South Africans

Hairstylist Farah is excellent! Cuts and sets hair to match your face and your ability to maintain the style at home. Friendly and loving service!

I was given a rate of 850 at the start of treatment and then charged 1400 when I got to the till with flimsy excuses. Unprofessional and unethical.
