Shocking service, bought the new s23 ultra, needed to change the address and you on hold with the promotions department for over an hour with no luck of talking to anyone. Go into the store and no luck there too. Honestly it's a waste phoning and even more waste of money driving up and down to get help.

They sort out your problem, but there is no feedback or update. They never answer their phones. You have to physically go there and not easy when you're far away.

I am still awaiting the technicians to come over for repairs for the past three days. They promise to show up but don't even call to say they are not coming. Customer service is the pits at this branch! I am currently awaiting the manager to call me from 9:00, it is now 10:42 and nobody has called. They do not value time or customer satisfaction! I want the operations manager to contact me urgently.
