We are extremely disappointed in the accommodation we have booked.We had to wait 20 minutes to be let into the property, by someone who gave us our keys with no other information.The communal area was not shown to us and once we found it on our own, there was no light or fire lit as per advertisement. No wood available either.The bath water is completely brown (dirty), with no one to contact ( I tried and Dave did not answer). The plug also doesn't work. So water drained after 5 mins. No other contact numbers provided.There is an inter leading door which is unlocked and anyone could come through. No key in sight.The windows do not close properly and the one latch is completely broken. We do not feel safe and will be leaving immediately.

Just want to send a huge thank you to Genevieve for her great service, I booked accommodation via the safarinow website, I then made payment and then property was unavailable, Genevieve gave me a call and assisted beautiful to try and find new accommodation, her efforts and helpfulness was amazing. We however couldn't find suitable accommodation in the short time we had left, but Genevieve came to the rescue again and help me get a refund of my payment. Staff like this is often rare today, please appreciate her on your team because she is great in what she does.

Used them for years, one of the cheaper fees and accurate pictures. Check the fine print on the refund policy thou, changing dates does not automatically mean get you a refund. Although full refund returned after a cancelled visit.

A bunch of thieves they are. I booked and paid for accomodation online only to arrive at the guesthouse in Gaborone to hear that my booking had been cancelled as Safari had not paid the guesthouse and subsequintly owes them a considerable amount of money. This was very embarrasing and a huge inconvenience for me and I have been reinvoiced for my stay. Safari, if you have not paid my service provider, this means you have stolen my money and committed fraud. I will be taking this up with the local authorities, Social media, Dept of Tourism and Hello Peter. You are a disgrace. You don't even deserve the one star rating that I have given you.

Numbi Valley is a one of a kind Gem!!We could have easily stayed a week or more.The veg basket from the inspiring gardens made our meals a fun and exciting event, the flavours and textures had us feeling satisfied, nourished and loved.I booked a massage with Kath in the gorgeous yoga studio, which was warm and cosy as winter afternoon sunlight filled the room - i felt transformed as i wafted through the Karoo veld pathway back to our lovely home for the holiday.Every aspect of the stay was wonderful - the cottage is so well designed and laid out - the comfort and enjoyment of the trip hugely enhanced by the love and care one feels within it and the surrounding Karoo paradise they have created.Our old husky boy dog was welcomed and he soon got into the swing of our slow pace and deep relaxation.You'll find yourself getting stuck into the library of inspiring books and theres nothing better than glancing up from a good read to take in the vast landscape that surrounds this wonderful place.I couldn't recommend Numbi Valley enough, you'll need to go and experience it for yourself!

Most unfriendly service model, no way of calling anybody. You can only request another quote (duplication) to send another query email and then get sent fraudulent banking details which do not correspond to the bank details where the original deposit was paid to. Their system seems to be hacked unless they have multiple bank accounts with different financial institutions.

I assume if things went to plan Id have no issue with Safari Now, however we had a booking cancelled by the Accommodation, 2 hours before arrival. I have emailed Safari Now with no response, I have tried to call but is only an Automated response, and I have tried to call the Accommodation (Eden Manor) with no Answer. I am still awaiting a response regarding my refund (Its been a week).Unfortunately - not being able to speak to someone doesn't fill me with confidence. This was my first time using Safari Now and will also be my last time. Feels untrustworthy and service is no existent so far.

Absolutely perfect.The hosts are wonderful, rooms are very spacious and clean. Bathrooms are perfect, all with a bath and shower over.Breakfast was delicious.Thank you Ron and Thelma for making me feel like I was being spoilt at home.

The worst of all booking agents in South Africa by far - no phone contact , emails unanswered so if you have a problem it is not their problem.Got assisted by Jody after original review- problem was caused by the agent in Lamberts Bay that allowed another booking - still waiting for an explanation/ apology from her
