After reading these comments I have Reflecting back at what happened at Natural Aesthetics yesterday. I’m truly disappointed on how the Dr treated my partner. She is a new patient with very low expectations as the changes she wanted to make is extremely minor. Lifting a brow and injecting in 4 places is not rocket science. Patient MUST explain and give the Dr their Medical history. She never said anything bad about any doctor.. she complemented their work and added that the results didn’t last as long as she would’ve liked it to.You have to understand that patients needs to tell you what they want. I’ve been with several Dr in and around Cape Town and I have never experienced someone that arrogant.Don’t use lies to coverup your pathetic behaviour. I really hope that no new patients gets treated the way we got treated yesterday.However we did phone in and explained that we will be 5-10 min late as we got stuck in traffic between Cape Town and Somerset West. We were no later than that so that should not be seen as a WARNING SIGN against your new patient as there was arrangements made before we arrived.
