Gym equiptment dated a bit on the old side. However it is the best gym in Bethlehem with the widest choice of machines and weights. Would recommend joining.

The best gym in town. Its has good quality equipment. Spinning classes, aerobics classes. There is a Biokinetist that is very good, he is a personal trainer as well. I would recommend this gym anytime

Very old school, body builder vibe could use a good general clean but other than that the people are very friendly and they are closed on Sundays which sucks

It's the best gym in town, but also feels like going backwards. Maybe just me, but I cannot do certain workouts that I love, because the lack of equipment or the quality of equipment (ladies side) Hope this review helps.
