Exceptional Customer Service!

We have had our Oscar juicer since 2013. It has literally made fresh vegetable juice for us every day and sometimes even twice a day.It started making a funny noise the other day and we knew it needed either a service or repair. We were referred to HealthMakers (we originally bought our machine from Faithful to Nature) who are the service agents in South Africa. All I can say is WOW!!!~ The service staff are super professional. They take the time to explain the process of getting your machine to them and what will happen when it reaches them. And you speak to an actual person (not a random person in a call centre that changes each time you have a query or move to a different step in the process) for each aspect of the process~ You pay an initial upfront fee for the machine to be assessed and this is deducted off your final service/repair bill~ They can organise for their courier to collect it from you or you can organise your own courier. If you make use of their courier, you pay the courier fee with the initial upfront fee. They even send you a completed pdf waybill to include on the front of your parcel!!!~ Once the machine reaches them, the technician will inspect your machine and you get pictures of what the issue was and a full break down of the costs to repair and/replace the parts~ You pay for the repairs / replacement of parts and they then pack up your machine and return it to you with either their courier or your ownThe whole process took a week but honestly the HealthMakers team is such a pleasure to work with, you don't even realise how long it takes.This is a service team in a million!
