Mulbarton Pharmacy & Clinic @ SPAR

The mixed race employees at mulbarton pharmacy are RACIST! I was as sick as a dog on Saturday and went to purchase cough syrup. I brought the empty bottle of cough syrup from home to see if I could get the same one as that was the one a doctor had given to me once and it worked like a bomb so i asked them if they had that specific cough syrup or something similar that they would recommend. These mixed race employees first insinuated that i was buying the cough syrup to use for the complete opposite purpose(lean) upon seeing me with my doek ... assumed that because i was black ... i did not understand them speaking about and laughing about me in Afrikaans. I actually went back two days later and returned the cough syrup because of how disgusted I was at this treatment. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS PHARMACY AGAIN.

I have only received HORRIBLE service from this pharmacy. i cannot believe how the people talk to you. I can hear the pharmacist say JUST TAKE A MESSAGE" in such a rude inpatient way after i had been calling for WEEKS to order something. every time i call they say we will call you back and they never do. We were referred to them by someone we know.... it is actually sad to know. I am disgusted in the service as well as the way they handle their customers. I do not even want to give them 1 star. :("

Horrible service. I purchased prescription medication and they didn't even bother labeling it, no batch number, no expiry date; just a plain tiny unlabeled container
