I brought my watch in to be repaired (it needed a seal replaced)and was told it could take up to 2 weeks.I called after 10 days to check and was told it could take 4-6 weeks!I said had I known I would have gone somewhere else, after which I was called to say it would be ready last Weds, I called on Thrs to be told it would be ready on Friday, on Friday I was told I would be called to collect this Monday.After calling again today Ive FINALLY been told it is ready.VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

Speedy and excellent watch service from kind and knowledgeable staff. Felt welcome and taken care of. Needed links removed on a new watch, and they completed it in under 30 minutes while I was able to get other things done in the mall. Would recommend whether it's your first watch, or you're upkeeping a collection
