Cindy and her team helped us every step of the way - they advised us what we needed to do/add to make it suitable for rental, they have found excellent, reliable tenants, they have advised us on repairs/upgrades and found us the right tradespeople for the job, and always communicated quickly and professionally. We live overseas but feel completely comfortable and confident leaving our home with Cindy. She and her team go the extra mile and think of every little thing that would make an owner and also a tenant happy. Wish there were more 'Cindy's in my world!
