Takes forever to wash your car. Very slow service. And very arrogant employees trying to sell you services you don't need. Spend 3 hours in the mall and was still not done when I came out. Would not recommend.

Got there at 9am today, was told 3 hours, i accepted that and gave then 3h15mins. When i got to my car they haven't even touched the inside yet. Eventually 3h40min later i got my car and it was half washed. Still a lot of dirt, inside the doors and the boot doesn't even look like it was touched. I will never return again and also don't recommend them to anyone! Management is shocking!

Full Valet done for a decent price.Was impressed when I saw that canopy and seats were removed as to clean literally every inch of the vehicle, have not seen that done before.Also located at Baywest Mall, makes it easy to kill time while waiting for your car.

Your vehicle is cleaned with love and precision and they always have advice on how to prevent damage to your vehicle. Take your vehicle to them if you need it cleaned, window chips repaired or cracks prevented and for the ultimate: get if polished and coated that will last a year!

Booked my car in at 12:10. Was told 2hrs. Gave them some time and came out at 14:30. Still not done. Paid for the service and was told another 10 minutes. It's now 40 minutes later. So 3hrs for a normal wash and vacuum. Management just smokes and plays his games. No effort in assisting to get the car done within the original time given.

I had a very bad experience there, stuff was stolen out of the back of my car!!I know it’s my own fault for not removing the stuff. I phoned them and they checked the camera and told me they couldn’t see anything because of the position of the camera!!! What is the point of the camera of you can’t see what is happening! Nothing will get done but in the meantime I lost stuff worth R3000 rand. Please be careful if you go there, the staff are untrustworthy.
