Plush Car Wash Hillcrest

Tried this carwash for the first and last time. Pathetic carwash. Sponge/clothes to wash the wheels and arches used also on the paintwork. Vehicle was not foamed. Just wiped down with a soapy cloth. While rinsing the hose is dragged against the bodywork of the vehicles. Complained to the manager and there was no apology or anything. He just says okay""

Very disappointedDecided to give them a try in Hillcrest todayAnother customer and I was left very disappointedCar was not rinsed properlyNo soap used but A bucket and cloth and water that was used to wash the car next to mine was then used on mine despite wheels and tyres being washed in the same bucket from the car next to mineOne cloth used on wheels and body at the same timeComplained to the manager but he seemed to be not interested as he showed me the card machine while acting as if he is listening.Paid for it and leftWill never return or recommend this car wash.
