Completely shattered my brand new iPad’s screen after dropping it - iStore said it could not be replaced - “You should have paid for the extra warranty” - then went to weFix and guess what…THEY REPLACED THE SCREEN! They fixed the ‘unfixable’.

I have brought my device to this branch more that three times and every time the service and workmanship have been phenomenal.I really commend the job your technicians do. I have not had problems with any of the divorces I’ve brought to this branch.I you should however do more to motivate you front desk staff they looked demoralized, when I dropped off the device and the following today when I went to collect.But overall Hank you guys keep up the good work.

Phoned we fix and told them my S3 gear watch has a problem just to get to them and then hear we only work on apple watches. Really why the info then?

Replaced my battery and earpiece on my iPhone here, the earpiece was still so soft so had to send it back to fix again. 3 months later the battery swole up and presses the screen from the phone. Got it back, now the screen has no glue holding it to the frame and is pressing down with the use of the phone. The Centurion store was so much better, but it does not exist anymore.

Horrible service. Gave our phone back with damage screen and refused to replace it. Will not recommend them

If you do decide to go to them... please read all the terms & conditions on their site. Otherwise don't waste your time/money... seems professional, but it's not all that. Save your money... go to Apple if you need repair for Apple products. The prices on the site are very misleading (I was sent a quote 3x the amount I was prepared to pay)... and you have to pay R180 if they can't fix your phone/if you decide to not go ahead with repairs.

Just want to give a big thanks to this place and recommend it based on the service I got. I was at Menlyn on the 18th of September. I was outside the store when the technician came walking by. I stopped him and asked if they repair phones here. When he said yes I told him my phone was having trouble charging and asked how much they would charge to fix the port. I had taken my phone to another repair shop earlier in the week and guy there said the port is broken and he'd fix it for R450. The technician then asked to see my phone and asked if he could open it up and have a look, I said yes. A few minutes later he came out and told me it was just dirty and that he had cleaned it. I thanked him and asked him if I owed him anything. He said no. He was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Since then my phone has been charging perfectly. So again big thank you to weFix in Menlyn. The next time anything breaks on my phone this will be the first shop I bring it too.
