Old Mutual Head Office

Visit to offices in December- very strict Covid requirements, needed special permission, given a date and time and was escorted in and out. Very impressed with the staff who were working all adhering to the covid measures. Covid signs everywhere , even on the floor in the lift indicating social distancing markers. Vaccination site - very long wait, parking very full, walking and standing in the rain and sitting in the cold, affected my chest. This was not good before my jab. Took 2+ hours - very impressed with all the various stations, just a pity the communication was very poor- No one explaining the process etc. The Nursing staff were wonderful - thanks

Love visiting their offices. They have their own 'mini mall' with variety of kiosks and a food hall with so many options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Even have a gym facility in site, to make sure you work off all those calories I guess.

We took out group life scheme in 1990 we paid them every month now after 30 years of paying and the policy is paid up we found out the policies have been terminated we were not informed that this would happen we accedently found out now because we lodged a claim for an unrelted claim on a policy. How can a company take your money for 30 years and then just terminate the policy. I think it is high way robbery for them to do that they took our money for 30 years with the interest gained and pocket the money. So if you have a group life policy with old mutual check if it will stil be valid if you dont clai. In thd 30 years

This is by far the most efficient head office. I came here for an appointment with a medical practice inside. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was a mall setting.The security was friendly and guided me in the direction I had to go to. There were many restaurants, what appeared to be a clothing store and on the other side, offices. It reminded me of the Multi-choice building in Johannesburg.I saw an emergency sign at the drop-off. I assume that there's an emergency unit/ ETF in the building.

Great friendly service. They provide insurance for long term insurance such as life and funeral as well as personal items such as household contents and vehicles as well as commercial insurance such as agricultural and businesses. Good products with support.

They debited my account twice in 1 week. Told me I must send my ID and bank statement so that they can refund me. Repayment was supposed to be within 10 days. I sent everything on 6th March. Today is the 20th, still nothing. Just think it is digusting service.

Very efficient and professional experience. My son who is 16 years old was treated like a VIP when he went to register and receive his Phyzer vaccine. As a parent I was very impressed and at no stage did I feel discouraged. Thank you to all the staff who made it a pleasant experience.

Claim forms sent via email on 3rd January. No response. A follow up email sent 9th January. No response. Called 13th January and supposedly claim forms were never sent / received. Therefore I sent the documents via email again. Further 10 day turnaround time for payment to be processed. Anyone considering this good service is bonkers. Why would I want to invest with them after this?
