From the outside, you will think it's a good place only to be welcomed by problems that are never resolved and when you try to talk to Greg (caretaker) on WhatsApp, that thing just kicks you off the group.The place has mould, securities are forever striking cause they are never paid and sometimes we can go for weeks without security. Even this one star is a lot for them cause honestly they deserve a far more less rating given the problems we have and it’s unfortunate because the place actually has potential, it’s just a matter of poor management.DO NOT COME AND LIVE HERE IF YOU KNOW WHAT’S GOOD FOR YOU.

Dont go there crime is a problem

The worst place to stay at, taking people for granted. Keep on having extra charges which we don't know where they come from. We first had iSmart to monitor our water electricity and the charges were ridiculous. Now changed to IS metering we're we need to pay for meter registration, what the hell. Today they decided to cut our electricity cause someone in the office is lazy to update the system for payments.I wouldn't advise anyone to move in here to the complex....

If you want to get involved in a law suit this is the place to move to. There is ZERO maintenance done on this property, almost ALL the unit are over riden with black mold and just painted over. The property managers, Necron, will paint your unit with the cheapest paint on the market and then charge you R2500 off of your deposit to repaint the unit when you leave. They will also not even take a look at your ingoing inspection,keep you're entire deposit and tell you that you owe them money. They will then go as far as charging you a ridiculous amount of money for admin fees for the inspection undertaken and call it billable. So much potential here just overun with scam artist. Make EXTRA sure you check your ingoing inspection 10 times or else you will be charged for something as small as a curtain rail stopper that wasn't there to begin with.

It's really shaping up to be a beautiful place to live!

The apartments are beautiful but the management of the place is trouble. Nothing ever gets resolved. There's no safety measure, people just drive in and out of the complex. Don't get me started about the fees they always charging residents. It's not worth the trouble, if I could give them 0 stars I would.

A nice and quite estate with a lot of facilities and ample parking. The units are open plan and there is plenty of space for kids to play around. From the pool you have an ocean view where we even spotted whales. Security is on point and patrol often.

Place is good but one can see that building is not well maintained. Road towards the complex need some attention
