Got a 10mb/s line from them, works okay for most things, they do block torrents however and they throttle your line to half,5mb/s , when you actually try to download something,even when downloading from steam or driver updates. So effectively you only get half what you pay for...(not referring to shapped and unshapped plans, doesnt matter when you download, its always half speed)also staff is rude and swear behind your back, this coming from management, when they cant sort out your problem, i see my previous post on this was deleted

This company is deceptive in that prices charged does not include VAT. You will be disappointed when you get your first bill. Be very careful when signing your contract. I am already regretting it.

Way ahead of the pack and all other WISP's out there! Friendly and professional support team! Never have to wait longer than an hour for my issues to be attended to. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get rid of Telkom (or some other WISP ;) ) 5 out of 5!! Best Wireless Internet I've had :)

Great service, really good speeds and always online. However, avoid if you are into gaming. Support is great as well but if you need something specific they cannot help you.
