You instruct them to do something, so they do something different and charge you for that, if you do not wanna pay because they did not do what you wanted, then they get judgement against you. Be very careful with this firm, I do not trust them at all.

Very poor service. Does not respond to phone messages or emails. Transfer of property has taken over 6 months and still not done. April 2020.
