If I could rate a -10 that should state the feeling I have about this plus fast food service. I ordered a full chicken in 4 pieces and it was delivered through Mr D. The meat was raw, blood came out of the chicken. This is salmonella on its highest and in the most dangerous form. I phone Mr D complain about the raw chicken and was reimbursed immediately. What must I do with the meat... I took it back the next morning to Plus, spoke to the owner, Johnny, showed him the raw chicken. He was so rude, didn't say anything just took the bag with the chicken, walked away from the counter without saying anything. Not even sorry, nothing, nada, niks...

Very unsatisfied with the cashier service and rudeness of this place they take almost 40 min to make a greek salad and then you must wait for them another 20 minutes almost just to get your order

Ordered food from Plus Rant en Dal on the Mr D app early on Fridays afternoon as I know Mr D do get busy. By the time when wanted to eat we realized that the order was not complete as we ordered two Blondie combos. We'll only the Blondie' arrived. I contactedThe plus Cafe immediately and the lady assisting me over the phone really tried to help but the rude owner just keep on saying the food was delivered over 2 hours ago" not even trying to see the problem. Then added it by saying if we want the chips we will have to collect it. I ordered it due to the that I could not collect
