Very professional service. We had about 60 trees to be cut and it was done in less than a day. Can definitely recommend them.

What an incredible experience. Wilma and her team went above and beyond our expectations. The project they did for us was really a big one and they took it on with such gusto. They are all so professional and caring. Wilma listened before giving advice and did exactly what we asked for. We now have a garden we can be proud of and this was only phase one. Not advertising space!

When a problem arises management withdraw their services to take the easy way out. Unfortunately owner withdrew services before they could pay the full amount that I wanted to claim from them. Therefor full commitment was not honoured. Only R1066 was paid for a much bigger amount that was due on damaged caused to our big sliding door with expensive artwork on. That with using their weat eater incorrectly and not telling us about the damage done. Footage can be supplied of the incident.Jinga Garden Service I have proof that insurance will not cover damage to artwork. Therefor paying access alone will not be enough. Jinga withdrew their services because I complained that the access won't be enough, to escape their responsibilities. They were negligent by the way they used the weat eater. I have proof where they withdraw their services with us, to escape full responsibility. Also footage of the weat eater being used incorrectly and them fleeing the scene, not letting me know about the damage, which was clearly visible. They broke it so much that the alarm went off and security firm had to go out to the premises and found the damage caused to a very big sliding door with expensive artwork, which are not covered by insurance. Negligence, fleeing the scene, not reporting the incident, giving me R1060 to try and sooth me and then stopping their services with immediate effect. I also have proof of misconduct by one of their supervisors. I have a very strong case. Lots of proof.Update: insurance did not pay fir artwork and we had a big access to pay. Out of R7500 they only paid R3500. Jinga gave R1066 and stopped their services. We had to employ someone to carry on with garden, which will cost us R1200. So it cost us R4334 out of our own pockets. You can decide if you would use services of people that does not take full responsibilty when a problem arises and sieze their servics over whatsapp with immediate effect. Proof can be provided of all of this.
