Dis-Chem Pharmacy The Glen - Oakdene

Not happy at all with the customer service that I received at that branch waited over 15min for assistance and no one bothered. Even as I was standing at the section that I requested assistance with many staff members walked passes and nobody asked if I was helped or needed further assistance. Due honesty I should actually rate it o stars out of 5

Dischem The Glen don’t answer their phones. Once got through to a person on switchboard, 20 min and they keep putting me through to dispensary but the switchboard operator doesn’t speak at all. Just keeps putting me through to dispensary who don’t answer. I rang back multiple times and I go straight through to ‘we are experiencing high call volumes’ queue again. Switchboard staff again don’t speak - obviously see my number and just throw me into the queue again. After 5th attempt now writing this complaint. why have a switchboard? I can’t be in a queue for 20 min surely? Why when I ring back does no one answer? I can hear the call being picked up - operator doesn’t speak, just puts me back in the queue. How many phones are there? Just bad business practice

Store is new and not fully stocked yet that's probably why I couldn't find what I needed

No customer service at the beauty section. The lady who was helping me looked annoyed the entire time and I had to stand there and wait for her to conclude her conversation with another employee whilst they were talking about their own personal matters. Worst service ever.

Absolutely shocking service. Waited at the dispensary for well over 40 minutes while the staff would stop and have lovely conversations between themselves, while the queue only grew longer. Once when we eventually got to the pharmacist he still took his sweet time in helping us because his conversation was more important than his serviceOnce we got to the tills, which all were empty. None of the ladies insisted on helping, the lady at till 1 looked us in the eye, and looked away. The lady who then helped us who was next to her was at least being helpful and the other teller stared at us, still, doing nothing.

I went to the wellness clinic during the week and the receptionist was so rude, she turned me away and said I must make an appointment, even though I stated it was the middle of the week as I am well aware that booking is only compulsory on weekends. She continued to call me a lier as I told her I have been there many times before and it was the first time hearing of this new rule. I even went to check the website and they don't require bookings during the weekday. I'm very dissapointed in the service.

Wow I don't know where to start. The stupidity of the staff at the dispensary and the uneducated manager who thinks he is so smart. My father bought medication. I then went to buy medication and they mistakenly thought he didn't pay for his medication. Whatever, mistakes happen. That was not the issue though, they then held me captive telling me that I needed to pay for my father as he did not pay for his medication. They wouldn't let me leave the store and told me I am responsible to pay for him. I asked them how could I possibly be liable to pay for somebody else allegedly stealing something? The manager said because you are on the same profile". Oh my God hahahahahahah. The manager is so uneducated I wonder if he even went to school due to the fact that he doesn't even know how to apply logic

The sevice from certain assistants in the dispensary are pathetic for such w big brand like dischem it is shocking. I was at th dispnsary today and apparently my script expired in july but they have been giving me medication since then, instead of the assistant apologising that no one informed he began to try and give me a speech and spoke to me as if i was his mate.i would like to meet with a manager from the glen dischem to discuss how can they employ people like this.

Teller 11 rudely sprays sanitiser to clean over her screen and all around her to make a point of some kind. The spray lands on my face and on my daughter when asked her to watch she gives me a nasty look and tells the other cashiers in zulu that im dramatic. Since when is it ok to humiliate a customer

The service at the pharmacy is disgustingly poor. Please employ competent people who are capable of doing the job. Always experiencing this appalling service. In future I will support my local pharmacy.
