Ill never go there again one star is only because the service was quick though i was the only one in the shop.i bought the wacky Wednesday special asking no garnish but ask for 4 barbecue sauces.garnish i got 2 sauces instead of 4.chicken breast you won't get drier.never ever again.

I was one to support this steers. Next time I will rather drive further to another. The chips tasted dry and old. The burgers were suppose to be cheese burgers I'm not sure what you even call these burgers I got? No cheese and almost no patty! Where is the patty? Disgusting.

No professionalism in store, cashiers scream and laugh at each other while customers are waiting. I also asked the cashier for lemon and herb flavor and got home to find bbq burgers, 1 satchet of sauce for 2 meals and chips with no salt. Its my 2nd issue with this horrible steers...save yourself the drama and buy kfc.

Don't know what has happened to this steers, been going there for years but can honestly see the decline, the whole place was filled with smoke from something burning, as a result the food tasted like burned oil and was not edible, the cashier was not at all friendly, no manager in sight, just bad service and inedible food, what a waste of money, never again.

The staff were all talking at the top of their voices while my son and I just ate a burger. The place echos and the noise of all the staff engaged in loud conversations spoilt the experience. No consideration for dining in patrons

If I could give you guys 0 stars I would.Firstly was told I wasn't allowed to order a burger on your menu. Then the burger I got was burnt. Whole place was filled with smoke while I waited results in my chips and burger tasting like smoke and burnt ,old oil. Very un-impressed. Will not be returning.

I regularly buy from Steers Walker Drive. While waiting for the food one is irritated with the door that makes a screeching sound each time a customer enters or exits the business. I have spoken to the staff about this and they promise to have it sorted but to no avail. The same thing happened last evening. When I enquired about the owners name and contact details I was told that they may not share this information with me as I would like to bring it to their attention. I am amazed that when the owner visits the shop that they do not hear the door making this terrinle noise. That is if they ever visit the shop. Not even a acknowledgement from the owner. In the shop at the moment and the door is still making the same screeching sound.

Last time that I will buy at steers walker drive. Arrived there Friday night just after 20:00 and they were closed (on the door it states 22:00). Stopped there today(saturday) and wanted to try out the new salted caramel milkshake with our meal but was told the milkshake is not available with the Double Up sharing meal. Unfriendly staff full of attitude.

It is a absolute disgrace to even go to steers Waker drive. They close at 6 , 7 , 5 , whenever they feel like and always have some sort of excuse, either no staff , no stock , no thi no that , last time I will ever buy from them again . Poor management
