I needed a pair of Vortex Crossfire binoculars in a short time, the store had no stock, but arranged for the rep to drop off a pair for me to evaluate before purchasing (which I did). The store offered excellent service, accommodating my unique requirement with ease.

WOW! What fantastic customer service. I had an insurance claim (Thanks ESKOM and Loadshedding).The insurance company contacted me late on Wednesday afternoon, to inform me that my claim was approved for a replacement and that The Digital Experience will contact me shortly. Within 10 minutes, Lucretia phoned me. She mailed the banking detail for my access to be paid. I mailed the POP and she arranged for my delivery to take place on Friday.There are very few companies that can proudly say they deliver superb customer service, but The Digital Experience CAN say that with pride.Thanks for your exceptional service, Lucretia. It is highly appreciated.

They exceeded my expectations by sending a team to help mount our new TV, a level of dedication that's hard to find these days.While there are other electronics retailers around, my experience with Digital Experience Fourways sets them apart. Really exciting store and someone is always present to assist you. The brand consultants are very informative and they run great specials every now and then. Their Facebook page is also very good to keep up with the latest specials.My only criticism is that they need to offer extended warranties on their appliances.. Like how do you expect to rival Hirsch's when they can match prices and offer extended warranties. Other than that, the store is great.

One staff member whose name is Admire went out of his way to keep me posted about stocks and immediately contacted me when stock was back in store for me to purchase.
