Printing process for photos is a bit slow, also they only deal in cash which is a huge inconvenience.

I am astonished that we had to pay R100, to take one visa picture which was emailed to us (NOT PRINTED, EMAILED). And it was just 1 picture. What exactly did we pay for??I am so confused, R100 for one digital picture? You charge R115 for 8 visa photos that are printed, but you are charging us R100 for one visa picture that was emailed to us?Had I realised it was going to be only the 1 picture I could have taken it on my phone and cropped it to be the size of the visa photo. Very disappointed.

Quite dissapointed by this place to be very honest. Absolutely no enthusiasm from the lady behind the counter and it almost seemed like she was annoyed about the fact that we requested something from her (also seemed a bit clueless to be honest). Secondly, you guys absolutely over charge for a small request and unfortunately I only noticed it after I left the building (unfortunately that's on me). Never again will I take my business here.
