Fun night out with the family. Food was very good, staff always helpful and smiling. Was rather disappointed , though, with the birthday song" for my daughter - it felt hurried and forced and without the "oomph" I'm used to when celebrating a birthday meal at the restaurant..."

Dec/26/22. We booked a table for 5 a week ago for today. Firstly, when we were shown to our table, there were food pieces on the floor, which were cleaned only after we were seated. It was extremely hot inside as well. We came as a family with one vegetarian member. She wanted crumbed mushrooms, which they didn't have, so that limited her options and she was forced to choose something she didn't really want. We had one person order a baked potato in the place of chips, with added sour cream and butter, when the sour cream" arrived

good day , worst service received on 14/05/2023 myself ,husband and two kids arrived at Spur it was full did not mind that as expected it was mothers day we waited outside until there was a table available then we were seated then waited for 30 to 45 minutes to be assisted, then waited another 45 to an hour for our food we did not have a waiter to assist the guy at the door took our order because we told him we were not assisted, food eventually came , then waited for any assistance from waiter which was difficult to get we told the manager and he took our order then we waited another 45 minutes for our desert we then told manager again we are still waiting he then apologies and told us the was one machine in the kitchen

The food was awesome, I cannot complain. Our waiter put a lot of effort and attention into her service and detail. Our table was adequately marked for social distancing and we had our own sanitiser to use.
