Bought a Lounge suite and a carpet, now phone number doesnt work and when it does nobody answers the number. Makes you feel like they smile at you but once they have your money you are a nuisance !!

I dont think they actually have furniture im stock in south africa. What you see on the show room is all they got. The rest has to be imported from china you wait forever for delivery.

Worse service in the history of south africa. If you buy something they are very quick to take your money but never tell you that you have to wait for about 6-9 weeks before you get your stuff. Might as well close their doors and open a shipping company. And sooooo over priced cant believe this is the service you get ffor such an expensive shop. Dont believe the sales agents they are liars. No managers available apparently no wonder things r going so bad.

Hoping this is the @Home in the K90 retail park.Came in shortly before closing time on the 29th of September and was aided by the 3 most wonderful assistants who went far above what is ordinarily expected by me!Made my wife's birthday all the more special, thank you to Hannah, Fifi and Sheila!

OMG we are sleeping on the floor tonight thanks to this place. Paid 15k plus for a bed was promised delivery on the 9th.now apparently they are still waiting for it from China????? Wth never said anything about it still had to be imported. Worse place ever to buy furniture don't do just don't you will pay a fortune and never receive your goods. FROM CHINA GOSH SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH TAKE A LOT

Well trained staff that always greet you with a smile. They are able to assist you and also go over they means to make sure you have a good experience within the store. I always go to this specific @home because of they customer care. The one inside eastrand mall has appalling customer care

That ratchet manager of theirs. Iv reported her and sent in complaints. You see when you give darkies the reigns of a establishment what happens? It’s 3weeks now waiting for my refund. I call the store like always & you should of heard the conversation between me and that uncivilised manager. She was so utterly rude. Like she was talking to her travel friend. She messed with the wrong lady. I’m not going to let this go. So that she doesn’t do this to any other customer. That’s why I honestly prefer shopping online because honestly this kind of nonsense is unacceptable.
